Our application management solutions help you with your composite applications to achieve application performance control and application performance optimization. By incorporating risk management into our solutions we ensure that the business risks associated with degradation of application performance or availability are identified and minimised. To implement our solutions we focus on performance monitoring software from IBM Tivoli (the ITCAM and ITM product ranges) and OpTier (CoreFirst). However if you have the necessary skills to implement application management solutions unaided and only require the software we will be happy to provide them to you. environments) The Business Edition of TAMS adds a risk engine to the TAMS virtual appliance and supports the identification and monitoring of conditions in the processing of business transactions that put the business at risk. Project Management (PM) Packages Our project management packages build on our SLM packages and focus on the overall efficiency, business risk profile, and ROI, of complete applications by adding support for the requirements and design phases of the AM lifecycle, i.e. the complete application lifecycle. Service Level Management (SLM) Packages Our service level management packages build on our PM packages and focus on applications minimising business risk by meeting their service level agreements (SLA).
